Situated at the 8th Tee box of The Palm Desert Country Club with golf course, lake and mountain views, this home has ample indoor and outdoor living areas with golf on site.

 

Relax on the patio and be entertained by golfers teeing off this challenging tee box and experience their joy and pain as they try to land the ball over the lake and on to the green.

One of the features of this home is the large sun room which faces the golf course and the expansive view. The sun room has an additional dining area for your morning breakfast as well as a TV and plenty of seating for Monday night football.

The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, cutlery pots and pans etc as well as a new refrigerator.

There is access to a pool and spa located at the Homeowners Association just 4 blocks from the property.

'Tee Time' is 10 minutes from El Paseo, 15 minutes from The Polo Grounds, 5 minutes from The Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 30 minutes away from Palm Springs.

Utilities

Rather than charging a daily utility fee like all other properties with pools and spas, we give all our guests a utility allowance.
 
A utility allowance is the amount that we pay for the utilities that are used during a reservation, any remaining amount for the reservation is billed to the guest.  
 
The utility allowance amount is dependent upon the duration of a reservation.
For an example, a weekly reservation will receive a 100.00 utility allowance and a monthly reservation will receive a 300.00 utility allowance. 
We calculate the utilities by reading the meters just before a check in and right after a check out. We have encourage guests to be mindful of the utilities by tuning off the spa before going on a daily outing and have suggestions on how to keep their utility fee from increasing. 
 
We feel that this is the fairest way to charge this fee, guests should not have to pay for average use or the abuse of other guests.

Reservations

Payments can be made on line with MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover.
You can also make payments by sending a certified check for any reservation. 
 
A 50% deposit plus the 79.00 property protection plan is required upon booking.
 
Remaining balance is due 30 days before the check in date. 
 
Final instructions will be sent by email 10 days before the check in date.
These instructions will have all the information needed to access the property. 
 
 

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. 
 
If notice is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, all monies paid will become a cancellation fee unless the dates can be sold to another guest.
 
If the cancelled dates are sold, the refund will equal the amount of days re-sold and will not accede the amount originally paid.  
 
Please Note: If you have made your reservation through an online site such as HomeAway or VRBO and are cancelling after the 60 day required notice, these sites will not refund the service fee that they have charged you to make the reservation.
