Behind the walls of this beautiful La Quinta estate you will find a private compound set on a 3/4 acre lot surrounded by mountains and palm trees.
 
The property features a 3574 square foot main house with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, full wet bar and office.
 

The 800 square foot casita with en suite bath is more reminiscent of a guest house and is separated from the main house by a green belt and a rose garden with citrus trees. At the casita entrance is a large covered porch with ceiling fan and a cozy conversation area where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while the rest of the world is still sleeping.

Beautifully furnished, Casa Blanca is suited for any occasion and offers an easy elegant atmosphere for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The open floor plan and spaciousness of this compound is perfect for family reunions, a golfing getaway or just  to reunite with old friends.

The amazing backyard sits at the foot of a mountain and includes an oversize putting green, pool with raised spa, outdoor fireplace, fire pit table and built-in gas BBQ.
 
Seating areas set on multi levels can be found throughout the exterior of the home including an outdoor living room with a flat screen TV. Pathways throughout the property take you from the main house to the casita as well as a 1600 sq. foot 4 car garage and private gated driveway.

Centrally located with easy access to the entire valley, Casa Blanca is surrounded by championship golf courses and is within walking distance to Old Town where you will find quaint shops, eateries and annual art festivals. Just a 10 minute drive will take you to The Indian Wells Tennis Garden which hosts the BNP Tennis Tournament each March or The Polo Grounds for the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals in April and October.

Be forewarned...Once you enter this amazing private compound, you will have a hard time leaving the grounds for any reason.

Please NOTE: The 1 bedroom casita is only available to parties of 7 to 8 guests for an additional nightly fee. We do not rent out the casita while there are guests renting just the main 3 bedroom home.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations should circumstances arise beyond our control to rent this property for any reason.

Utilities

Rather than charging a daily utility fee like all other properties with pools and spas, we give all our guests a utility allowance.
 
A utility allowance is the amount that we pay for the utilities that are used during a reservation, any remaining amount for the reservation is billed to the guest.  
 
The utility allowance amount is dependent upon the duration of a reservation.
For an example, a weekly reservation will receive a 100.00 utility allowance and a monthly reservation will receive a 300.00 utility allowance. 
We calculate the utilities by reading the meters just before a check in and right after a check out. We have encourage guests to be mindful of the utilities by tuning off the spa before going on a daily outing and have suggestions on how to keep their utility fee from increasing. 
 
We feel that this is the fairest way to charge this fee, guests should not have to pay for average use or the abuse of other guests.

Reservations

Payments can be made on line with MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover.
You can also make payments by sending a certified check for any reservation. 
 
A 50% deposit plus the 80.00 property protection plan is required upon booking.
 
Remaining balance is due 30 days before the check in date. 
 
Final instructions will be sent by email 10 days before the check in date.
These instructions will have all the information needed to access the property. 
 
 

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. 
 
If notice is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, all monies paid will become a cancellation fee unless the dates can be sold to another guest.
 
If the cancelled dates are sold, the refund will equal the amount of days re-sold and will not accede the amount originally paid.  
 
Please Note: If you have made your reservation through an online site such as HomeAway or VRBO and are cancelling after the 60 day required notice, these sites will not refund the service fee that they have charged you to make the reservation.
