Situated on a half acre lot, Rancho Relaxo is fully loaded with 4 TVs, WiFi, BBQ Island, fire pit pool and spa and outdoor ping pong table.

With plenty of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining, Rancho Relaxo offers 2 master bedroom suites, a beautiful granite kitchen with wine fridge and a game room with its own pool table.

The private backyard is huge with lots of citrus trees, a large grassy area where you can play football and a putting green where you can practice your short game. The newly renovated pebble pool has a raised spa with a water feature. Sun worshipers can work on their tan lounging under an umbrella in one foot of water in the pool tanning ledge.

Centrally located to the entire desert, the property is surrounded by championship golf courses, is within walking distance to The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 20 minutes away from the Polo Grounds that hosts many of the valleys music festivals, 15 minutes away from downtown La Quinta and 15 minutes away from El Paseo for world class shopping and dining.

Grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaners, gas stations, beauty salons and restaurants are two minutes away from the property making it easy to get everything you need without driving all over town.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations should circumstances arise beyond our control to rent this property for any reason.

Utilities

Rather than charging a daily utility fee like all other properties with pools and spas, we give all our guests a utility allowance.
 
A utility allowance is the amount that we pay for the utilities that are used during a reservation, any remaining amount for the reservation is billed to the guest.  
 
The utility allowance amount is dependent upon the duration of a reservation.
For an example, a weekly reservation will receive a 100.00 utility allowance and a monthly reservation will receive a 300.00 utility allowance. 
We calculate the utilities by reading the meters just before a check in and right after a check out. We have encourage guests to be mindful of the utilities by tuning off the spa before going on a daily outing and have suggestions on how to keep their utility fee from increasing. 
 
We feel that this is the fairest way to charge this fee, guests should not have to pay for average use or the abuse of other guests.

Reservations

Payments can be made on line with MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover.
You can also make payments by sending a certified check for any reservation. 
 
A 50% deposit plus the 80.00 property protection plan is required upon booking.
 
Remaining balance is due 30 days before the check in date. 
 
Final instructions will be sent by email 10 days before the check in date.
These instructions will have all the information needed to access the property. 
 
 

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. 
 
If notice is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, all monies paid will become a cancellation fee unless the dates can be sold to another guest.
 
If the cancelled dates are sold, the refund will equal the amount of days re-sold and will not accede the amount originally paid.  
 
Please Note: If you have made your reservation through an online site such as HomeAway or VRBO and are cancelling after the 60 day required notice, these sites will not refund the service fee that they have charged you to make the reservation.
