The backyard also offers citrus trees for your pleasure. Enjoy fresh squeezed grapefruit juice at breakfast or for your afternoon cocktail in season.
Tastefully furnished with many upgrades, Golfers Oasis has an open floor plan that is perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Located in the friendly community of The Palm Desert Country Club, Golfers Oasis is near the club house with an 18 hole golf course, practice area as well as a restaurant and bar with live music each Friday and Saturday night.
Convenient access to the entire desert, "Golfers Oasis" is 3 minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 10 minutes from El Paseo for world class shopping and dining, 20 minutes away from Palm Springs and the Polo Grounds which hosts many of the valley's music festivals.

Rather than charging a daily utility fee like all other properties with pools and spas, we give all our guests a utility allowance.
A utility allowance is the amount that we pay for the utilities that are used during a reservation, any remaining amount for the reservation is billed to the guest.
The utility allowance amount is dependent upon the duration of a reservation.
For an example, a weekly reservation will receive a 100.00 utility allowance and a monthly reservation will receive a 300.00 utility allowance.
We calculate the utilities by reading the meters just before a check in and right after a check out. We have encourage guests to be mindful of the utilities by tuning off the spa before going on a daily outing and have suggestions on how to keep their utility fee from increasing.
We feel that this is the fairest way to charge this fee, guests should not have to pay for average use or the abuse of other guests.

You can also make payments by sending a certified check for any reservation.
A 50% deposit plus the 80.00 property protection plan is required upon booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days before the check in date.
Final instructions will be sent by email 10 days before the check in date.
These instructions will have all the information needed to access the property.
Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund.
If notice is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, all monies paid will become a cancellation fee unless the dates can be sold to another guest.
If the cancelled dates are sold, the refund will equal the amount of days re-sold and will not accede the amount originally paid.
Please Note: If you have made your reservation through an online site such as HomeAway or VRBO and are cancelling after the 60 day required notice, these sites will not refund the service fee that they have charged you to make the reservation.
